BACKGROUND:
My name is Tanuja Ghosh Mondal. My journey began in the Gowala Para, Hirapur area, where I live with my family. I completed my education up to Class 10, but due to early marriage, I could not continue my higher studies. My father worked in a private company, and my husband is also employed in a private company.

Even after marriage, I always dreamed of becoming an independent woman and supporting my family financially.

FAMILY & FINANCIAL SITUATION:
Although my family supported me, I wanted to build my own identity and become financially independent. I realized that having a skill and earning on my own would help me gain confidence and contribute to my family’s future.
MY TRAINING JOURNEY:
Determined to become self-dependent, I enrolled in the Tailoring Course. During the training period, I dedicated myself completely to learning tailoring skills. I actively participated in both theoretical and practical sessions and worked hard to improve my stitching and designing techniques.

EMPLOYMENT & IMPACT:
After successfully completing the course, I started working as a Professional Tailor from home. Currently, I earn approximately ₹3,000–₹5,000 per month, and during festive seasons, my income increases up to ₹8,000.
This opportunity has transformed my life and boosted my confidence. Today, I am proud to support my family financially and continue working toward a better future.
